Outside on Good Friday. April tenth is the average last frost day for north central Texas. If you are far north wait a bit longer. Yes, you could seed them indoors in pots or boxes near a window.
Reply:now plant them now inseeding pots indoors when sprouted put in small pots then after established plant outside

These guys are good. Lots of info for you.

Lupine, columbine, and larkspur are biannuals, won't bloom the first year, will bloom second year. have fun
Reply:Hi there. We live in West Texas and wait until the nights are 68 to 70 degress every night.

Our last frost date is around April 14 in this zone.

Usually the package will tell you when to plant.

Happy gardening to you.
